Swadeshi Bhaarat operates a promotional credit system where customers receive account balance (promotional credits) through coupons for participation in campaigns, lucky draws, and competitions. Important: These credits are NOT actual money and cannot be converted to cash or withdrawn.

These credits are provided for participation in ongoing campaigns, lucky draw competitions, and promotional activities. They have no monetary value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or converted to cash.
2. Account Balance and Coupons
2.1 Promotional Credits - Not Actual Money
- Account balance (promotional credits) provided through coupons is NOT actual money
- These credits are provided for participation in campaigns, lucky draws, competitions, and promotional activities
- Credits are non-refundable and cannot be converted to cash or any monetary value
- Credits cannot be withdrawn or transferred between accounts
- Credits have no cash value and are promotional in nature only
- Unused credits expire according to coupon terms and conditions
2.2 Coupon Terms
- Coupons are single-use and cannot be refunded once applied
- Coupon values are determined at the time of issuance
- Expired or unused coupons cannot be refunded or reactivated
3. Order Refunds
3.1 Approved Orders
- Once an order is approved by a shop owner, the order value is deducted from your account balance
- Approved orders are generally non-refundable
- Refund requests for approved orders will be considered on a case-by-case basis
3.2 Pending Orders
- Pending orders do not affect your account balance
- You may cancel pending orders at any time before approval
- No refund is required for cancelled pending orders as no balance was deducted
3.3 Rejected Orders
- Rejected orders do not deduct balance from your account
- No refund is required for rejected orders
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds or balance adjustments may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Technical errors resulting in incorrect balance deductions
- Duplicate order processing due to system errors
- Orders placed due to fraudulent activity on your account (subject to investigation)
- Service disruptions preventing order completion
5. Refund Process
5.1 Requesting a Refund
- Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@swadeshibharat.biz
- Include your account details, order information, and reason for refund request
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction in question
5.2 Review Process
- All refund requests will be reviewed within 7-14 business days
- We may request additional information to process your request
- Refunds, if approved, will be credited back to your account as promotional credits only
- Refunds are processed as promotional credit adjustments, NOT cash refunds
- Credited amounts remain promotional credits and cannot be converted to cash
6. Account Termination
If your account is terminated for violation of our Terms and Conditions, any remaining balance in your account will be forfeited and is not eligible for refund.
7. Service Discontinuation
In the event that Swadeshi Bhaarat discontinues the Service, we will provide reasonable notice to users. Remaining promotional credits (account balances) at the time of discontinuation are not eligible for cash refunds as they are not actual money and have no monetary value.
8. Disputes
If you have a dispute regarding a refund or balance adjustment, please contact our support team. We will work with you to resolve the issue in a fair and timely manner.
9. Changes to Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
